I’ve worked as a therapist for over thirteen years, supporting adults and young people across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My experience spans both private practice and work with charities, where I’ve offered general counselling in diverse and often complex settings.
My approach draws from existential, psychodynamic, and person-centred traditions, combined with somatic techniques and brainspotting. This means I work relationally and holistically—attending not only to thoughts and emotions, but also to how distress is held in the body. Whether we’re exploring early relational patterns, navigating identity and meaning, or working through trauma, I aim to meet you with curiosity, care, and depth.
What matters most in therapy is creating a space that feels ‘safe enough’—a place where you can begin to speak openly about what’s troubling you. Reaching out for support is a vulnerable and courageous act. It often involves placing trust in someone at a time when you may feel especially exposed or uncertain. That’s why it’s important to feel you’re in safe hands.
To help you decide whether my approach feels right for you, I’ve included a list of areas I’ve worked with, along with blog posts and articles I’ve written. These offer a glimpse into how I think, how I work, and how I aim to support healing.
