Maybe you’ve been through a difficult patch recently, and you’re feeling low or anxious. Maybe you don’t really have anything specific to talk about, just a general feeling of not-quite-rightness. Or maybe you’ve been through something traumatic in your past that seems to effect you in your life today and you’re not quite sure how to deal with it.

I view my work as creating a warm, non-judgmental space to enable you to speak about what is troubling you. Between us, we work together to make sense of whatever it is, and look at ways to hopefully help you heal and move through whatever it is that you are finding difficult.

I have experience in working with a wide variety of experiences and issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and pre / post natal experiences. I have particular expertise in recovering from emotional, physical and sexual abuse, and also working with substance misuse – particularly in supporting a difficult recovery or sobriety journey.
