Women

Therapy isn’t just for when things fall apart—it can be a space to reclaim your voice, reconnect with your body, and remember who you are beneath the roles and expectations. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying it all alone, you deserve a place where your story is heard without judgment, interruption, or the pressure to be “fine.”

Many women come to therapy navigating layers of experience—some personal, some systemic, all valid. You might be here because of:

  • Easing anxiety or low mood
  • Working through relationship difficulties
  • Healing from trauma or abuse
  • Building self-worth and confidence
  • Navigating major life transitions—motherhood, career changes, identity shifts
  • Facing systemic pressures, like rigid gender expectation

Whatever brings you here, my role is to offer a space that feels safe, warm, and free of judgment—where you can speak openly about what matters most to you.

I work integratively, combining somatic (body-based) approaches with traditional talking therapy. This means we might explore how emotions live in the body, as well as the stories you carry and the patterns that shape your relationships. I’m trained in Brainspotting and Rewind therapies, which can be especially helpful in processing trauma gently and effectively.

Some clients arrive with clear goals. Others come simply wanting a place to be—without needing to explain, perform, or be “fixed.” Therapy can be a space to hear yourself think, to feel what’s been buried, and to be met with compassion rather than critique.

If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free, no-pressure 20-minute consultation. You’re welcome to reach out.

🌈 My practice is inclusive of trans and non-binary clients.
