Hi, and welcome. Thanks for clicking on my page, and I hope you find what you need to here. I identify as a queer therapist—and have a number of years experience working in projects across London with the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re navigating shame, grief, identity, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can reclaim your voice and reconnect with your body.
What This Space Offers
Affirming Presence
You won’t be asked to educate or justify. I bring lived experience, clinical training, and a deep respect for the diversity within queer communities.
Inclusive Care
Whether you’re trans, non-binary, bisexual, gay, lesbian, ace, questioning—or somewhere beyond or between—I welcome all.
Trauma-Informed & Compassionate
Many queer individuals carry wounds from rejection, invisibility, or systemic harm. I work gently and collaboratively to support healing, using approaches that centre safety, agency, and self-compassion.
Themes We Might Explore Together
- Identity development and self-expression
- Shame, internalised homophobia or transphobia
- Family dynamics and chosen family
- Relationships, boundaries, and intimacy
- Grief, loss, and resilience
- Navigating mental health with nuance and care
My Therapeutic Approach
I integrate modalities such as existential, psychodynamic, person-centred, somatic, and trauma-informed care. Therapy with me is not about diagnosis or fixing—it’s about deep listening, curiosity, and co-creating a space where you can reconnect with your own wisdom.
Who I Work With
I welcome queer clients of all ages and backgrounds, including:
- Young people navigating identity and belonging
- ‘Bloomers’: Queer people who are coming late in life to their sexuality
- Trans and non-binary individuals seeking gender-affirming support
- LGBTQIA+ adults processing trauma, grief, or life transitions
- Anyone exploring sexuality, relationships, or personal growth
Whether you’re out, closeted, questioning, or simply seeking a space where you can be your full self, all are welcome.
