Holding Loss with Compassion, Curiosity, and Care
Grief isn’t linear. It doesn’t follow a neat timeline or fit into tidy stages. It can be quiet or overwhelming, raw or numb, present in tears or in silence. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a part of yourself, or a future that never arrived—your experience is valid.
In therapy, grief is welcomed. Not fixed. Not rushed. Just held.
A Gentle, Integrative Approach
I offer a space where grief can unfold at your pace. My approach blends talking therapy with body-based techniques to support you in:
- Naming and honouring your loss
- Exploring the emotional and relational impact
- Reconnecting with your body and nervous system
- Finding meaning, ritual, and integration
Modalities I draw from include:
- 🧠 Existential therapy – exploring meaning, mortality, and identity
- 💬 Person-centred therapy – holding space for your unique experience
- 🧘 Somatic practices – supporting regulation and embodied grief
- 🎯 Brainspotting and Rewind – gentle trauma-informed tools for processing
Grief is not something to “get over.” It’s something to move through—with support, tenderness, and time.
Who I Work With
I welcome anyone navigating grief, including:
- LGBTQIA+ folks grieving identity loss, estrangement, or systemic harm
- Women and non-binary people processing complex relational grief
- Those grieving after trauma, illness, or life transitions
- Anyone seeking a space where grief is honoured in all its forms
Whether your loss is recent or long-held, visible or invisible, you are welcome here.
What Therapy Offers
In our work together, you’ll find:
- A space free from platitudes and pressure
- A therapist who listens deeply and responds with care
- Tools to support emotional regulation and embodied healing
- Permission to grieve in your own way, without judgment
Grief is not a problem to solve. It’s a process of remembering, releasing, and reweaving.
